Senator’s Ridge Subdivision is a family oriented, gated community located in beautiful northern Paulding County. Senator's Ridge lies nestled in the southwest foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Georgia Piedmont Region.

We have a very active Homeowners Association and Neighborhood Watch program. At Senator’s Ridge neighbors watch out for each other and families come first. Our community has street captains and safe houses to keep our children safe and our homes well protected. The Amenities you will enjoy at Senator’s Ridge are a family oriented pool complex complete with slide and mushroom pool for the little ones. We have lighted tennis courts, a professionally decorated clubhouse, basketball courts, playground and a covered a pavilion where neighbors and families can gather.
We have many beautiful lots for sale in our community and welcome builders, contractors and new homeowners to come out and view what is available. One of the advantages of living in Senators Ridge is our Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The ACC is responsible for reviewing all plans for new-construction homes to ensure that they are in harmony with the other homes in our community. All new home plans submitted to the ACC will be reviewed and approved prior to the commencement of construction.
To get this process started, please send a copy of all blueprints and drawings to our property management company. Please list the builders name, homeowners name, contact information for both, and lot location and number. We ask that all building not commence until you have received approval from our ACC, and that you allow up to 30 days for this process.
As part of our Homeowners Association, all homeowners of newly constructed homes will be required to pay a onetime initiation fee of $560 along with a prorated yearly HOA fee of $560. HOA fees thereafter will be due on March 1st.
