New Website for our Neighborhood

On April 1, 2013, the homeowner accounts on this website www.senatorsridge.net were closed. In order to send or receive messages to or from neighbors and access internal documents, sign up for an account at our new portal senatorsridge.nextdoor.com.

Nextdoor.com is a free networking service for neighborhoods in United States. It allows users to connect with people who live in the same neighborhood. It has many interesting features that were not possible with the old homeowner accounts, including:
• Faster and streamlined message posting
• Replying to the sender of the message privately or publicly
• Messages are delivered by emails immediately, or as daily digests, or accessible on the website only.
• A mobile phone number can be added to receive urgent or emergency messages.

This website www.senatorsridge.net will remains live with slightly reduced content and without homeowner accounts. It is to provide general information about our neighborhood for residents and potential buyers.

Advisory Board Meetings

All homeowners are welcome to come to our monthly The Board of Directors meetings (last Wednesday of the month) from 6:30 to 7:00 pm to address any issues.

Any homeowner wishing to attend the monthly Board meeting with issues or concerns must notify our property management company requesting attendance in advance. The topic should be briefly outlined to our agent via e-mail or the contact form to allow the Board an opportunity to look into the specifics surrounding whatever issue is to be discussed.
